Vera's journey into marine biology was born from a childhood immersed in the ocean. As a child she lived aboard a sailing boat across the Mediterranean Sea, developing an intimate connection with marine life. As a teenager she lived in Thailand, spending her high school years scuba diving and exploring marine ecosystems. She is currently in her third year of studying Marine Biology and Business Management. Vera's passion for the sea extends beyond academia. Now, Vera's seeks to inspire others to protect their ecosystems by merging science and society with a commitment to ocean conservation.
